letters written on the bathroom floor

Hey there.
So I haven't been blogging recently?
At all?
Yeah. That.
But I have been an empty jar of no creativity lately, so it's not just me being lazy. Okay it's kinda me being lazy. But I have a lot of outfits today so it makes up for it maybe. Maybe.

First, I wore this today to school, since I've always been interested in the idea of running shoes + fashionable stuff. It was a very simple first try, if you can't tell. The shoes are New Balance or something, I got them in 7th grade. The dress is thrifted.

SO INTERESTING, RIGHT.

 Then I wore this for an English project (I was dressed as the night that Bob Ewell tried to kill Scout and Jem, I guess... it was kind of weird and random and blah). The skirt is from Shadowplay NYC and the rest is thrifted and random and stuff. I am so helpful.

 I also got some galaxy tights and I loooove them allllll. I want to buy that whole store.

And finally, yet another thing from my English project, which is supposed to embody Scout and Miss Maudie sitting in the summer twilight on the porch and stuff. I really like that part of the book because it's just really pretty and vivid and nice sounding.

Shirt is from Free People, the rest is thrifted.

The whole project was just a creative thing for To Kill A Mockingbird, if you didn't guess. I really like that book and stuff and it was kind of fun to put outfits together for it. The summer one is probably my favorite because I am a hopeless romantic who enjoys things that don't actually exist! Yaaaay!

Also this is my ultimate sunny-winter-day-stuff song. When I saw them in concert they made us all lay down and "play dead" during this song and it was AWESOME.
